Axalta Portugal relies on Sagola to enhance application efficiency
Our technical team visited the Axalta Training Center in Portugal to analyze the optimal configuration of the Sagola 4600, achieving maximum efficiency with its BASE nozzle and 1.2, 1.2 XL, and the new 1.2 XS fluid tips.
New 1.2 XS fluid tip: The solution for high-humidity conditions
After testing in demanding work environments, Axalta Portugal has incorporated the new 1.2 XS fluid tip, designed to provide finer and more stable atomization in extreme humidity conditions, such as coastal areas. Compared to standard tips, it allows for better application in challenging climates, reducing evaporation issues and improving finish uniformity.
Pack 6000X: Greater precision and faster application
Additionally, after proving its performance in Axalta Portugal's workshops, its Training Center has decided to incorporate the Pack 6000X, our air heater for spray guns, which improves spray fan stability, optimizes paint atomization, and reduces drying times, increasing process efficiency.
